Business Details

• In April 2020, the Company formed a new subsidiary, Lijiantang, to expand its pharmacy chain business in Southwest China. By year- end 2021, the Company had four pharmacies in Chongqing branded “Lijiantang”.
• Lijiantang retail pharmacy stores rely on the Guanzan Group’s large number of existing suppliers, with whom Chongqing Guanzan has long term relationships, for its inventory.
